CHURCHILL STYLE at THE INTERNATIONAL CHURCHILL CONFERENCE, Washington D.C.
I will be speaking at the 30th International Churchill Conference in Washington, D.C. on Saturday, November 2, 2013, alongside Sir David Cannadine and Andrew Roberts. If you have never attended one of The Churchill Centre‘s extraordinary conferences, I highly recommend that you do so. Highlights of this particular gathering at George Washington University will include a conversation with Paul Reid, author of the final volume in William Manchester’s biographical Churchill trilogy, The Last Lion; a discussion of FDR and Eisenhower by biographer and historian Jean Edward Smith; a talk by Winston Churchill’s great-grandson Randolph; and a black-tie dinner in the historic Cannon Caucus Room on Capitol Hill, featuring a keynote speech by David Eisenhower.
The Conference will run from Thursday October 31-Saturday November 2.
